I get F-26-1 on my machine, can anyone please tell me what this means?

Your toner and developer are not at the proper mix ratio, in the developer unit. Your toner may be depleted/ impeded for some reason. The customer may have ignored his "add toner" message too long. Sometimes, running procedure number 54 (an auto-adjustment, @3mins.), in the input-output service mode, will correct this situation. Occasionally, you have to run 54 more than once, to clear the error code.

We had a power surge, knocking out my copier on Weds. When the power came back on, I had an error message of F-26-1 on my Konica 7022. There was not a message prior to the surge concerning toner. Nothing I do will bring it back - including touching "auto reset" and turning it off for a period of time. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

once you have this kind of error code ,your develper has lost its magnetic strenght .you have to replace your developer with a new one and run L detect then your problem will be solved.
