any one have this problem before,
the paper keeps jamming in the middle of the machine 8x11R or 8x11 ,
if i watch with the door cheated the paper seems to stop before it reaches the fuser unit, the transport belt turns
and i can see the transport fan working
, i changed the drum just in case .any thoughts anyone ?

i had that problem. stumped me as the lead edge was consistent and it did it on 8.5 by 11R & 8.5 by 14 paper. tried new reg. clutch out of desperation along with looking machine over well. had 2 repeats on machine. replaced trans/sep. corona assy. even though it appeared good and haven't been called back. it's been 3 or 4 months now. hope this helps and good luck!
