my machine np6016 shows the"CC", means i should change the drum unit. but my drum still in good condition. anybody can help me to fix this problem? thanks in advance.

i dont think it resets. if youre a tech call densigraphix or katun, if they sell a separate drum (not a unit) they should give you reset

These have a chip on the drum cartridge, the chip, of course, I'm sure is replaceable ... or the cartridge may be found re-built ... some the recharger supply people probably have it ...

somebody order a refurbished unit(with the new drum) for me. so i think it's resetable for sure. I'll try to change a new memory chip on drum unit.if it works,i'll let you guys know. thank you.

la np-6016 no lleva chip en el tambor,solo detecta que este esta lleno de toner residual,vacialo y seguira funcionando.
