this one is jamming when it goes through the switchback area into the duplex unit, not coming out. it is not running into anything but stopping in the same place all the time. it seems like a timing issue. it happens mainly with 11 x 81/2. this is very sporatic. it can go 2 weeks or 2 days. this machine was pulled out and brought to the office and we installed a new 6330 for now. any help greatly appreciated. thanks T

replace both selinoid on top of the duplex assembly and the selinoid uder the duplex front cover which controls the switch gate (towards the entrance of the duplex. hope this helps
