i have a mita 1510 numerique copier and it make me an error code J98 the copie don't make a copy please help me what can i do ?

YO ENGLISH GRAMMAR MASTER, A J98 CODE AS STATED IN THE CUSTOMER USER MANUEL IS A MISFEED CONDITION FROM THE CASSETTE. :eg:

i am sorry for my english thats because i am from algeria ,and i don't understand what do you mean by c*ssette and how can i fix the probleme, i have phoned the mita in algeria and they respond me that the j98 is a default in a laser unit ??? if you can tell me any think to do plaese do thanks a lot
