Copy Star CS2221

I have a Copy Star CS2221 with an error code C-010. Can anyone tell me what that means.

hi, your code points to a memory backup problem. turn safety/door switch off, then on, and enter "10871087" twice to enter service mode, then enter sim. "70" to set backup memory contents again. everything will go back to factory defaults. this could have been caused by a surge or something, but if it happens again, you will most likely have to replace the main board. after entering "70", press print, then "interrupt", then "stop/clear", enter "01" then "print" to get out of maint. mode.

glad that worked. in case you don't know, some of the sims. are listed on inside of rear cover. for man. exposure adjustment, go to sim #24 thru maint. mode. you will have seven different modes to adjust. mode 1 is first. to make it easier, i usually just bump every mode up 10 to 15 digits. make sure optics are clean, inc. the dustproof gl*ss and mirror right above drum. you move thru the modes by the zoom keys or the lighter/darker keys. i can't quite remember which. one does the modes and the other does the actual adjusting. after each increase, or change, press "print" to make setting take effect. when done, hit stop/clear, then 01, then print to exit.

That worked but the exposure is now dark. Would you have the diag code for Exposure adjusting, please.
