Having a problem with zebra lines on edge of copy. This is caused by caking of toner on edge of developer roller. Has anyone else observed this problem. If I clean off it lasts about 2 weeks then again it happens. Thanks Tom

i have had a similar problem and the only way we got rid of it was to replace the dev a'ssy we now carry these units in stock because we have change several

I have had this problem several times. You can replace the DV unit, however next time you might want to try replacing the main charge unit (MC-700) first and just clean the DV unit. It is alot cheaper and usually works

The units are warrantied by Kyocera for 500K copies or 3 years if it fails before then it will be replaced by Mita with proper documentation.
