About Us:

The Copier Network was originated in October 1994 by Dan Stevens, Annapolis, Maryland who worked for 10 years in copier sales and service, most of it in service as a field technician. The site was built as a site for technicians to exchange information about copiers and quickly grew to include printer, fax and other user groups. Stevens is currently owner of www.getdbm.com Delmarva Business machines.

In May 1999, Stevens, in an effort to keep the community thriving, approached Asay Publishing Company with the opportunity to acquire The Copier Network. Following the acquisition, Asay conducted user surveys to determine ways that users would like to see the site improved, which resulted in the September 1999 launch of a new site design and additional features.

With the availability of new software and improved forum features in 2004, Asay again determined that it would be beneficial to forum users to have an easier, more flexible, moderated format that could better accommodate the growing community of technicians. Accordingly, in January 2005, The Copier Network acquired its new look.

The Copier Network truly is a community for industry professionals. This is your site to exchange information with one another, and help each other find solutions.
