Why is it so hard to manage the copier? I shared a readyshare to my network, it insists on NOT connecting or scanning to it. There are shared folders in the network, it doesn't connect to some of them randomly. It's very irritating. I checked the network details, DNS and Subnet it same across the board, through 15 workstations, randomly can scan to 6 of them, and cannot scan to rest, including readyshare or shared folder in network.

Also Canon's suggestion is to share the folders with everyone with no permission.. Horrible suggestion. Everyone can see each others scans..

I tried to set emails, it won't work with gmail either.
Any suggestions?
