    My costumer copier model Afficio 1035 have a lighter image after many copies.when i perform force toner in the services mode, image is ok.after machine is running in the normal mode in many copies image become more lighter.thanks for help

    Known issue on these machines. If you brush aside the developer, does it look like a black tar coating? Is there a lot of toner on the lip and below the dv unit?There was a change in the doctor blade to fix this. Quick fix is to polish off the coating (gently!) and swap out the dv material. You will be back to do it again in 2-3 months.
