Hey all, got a di 250 with a weird problem. Copy is extremely crooked. Paper comes out straight & it prints fine, so that eleminate everything but the scanner. Took it apart but I don't see anything wrong, everything appears straight & normal. Any ideas? tia

Hi Tom,

I have just fixed the very same promblem...

Traced the fault logicaly back to the main board.

The scanner was runing fine and straight and a test print was also fine.

I reseated the few cables and RAM and on the main board which is used for the scanning memory.

All done.

I hope this saves someone a lot of head scratching !!

I have done to much over the years... :)

You were right, it was the main board. Unfortunately, when I reseated the connectors it caused even more problems but at least I know where the problem is now. Thanks

Glade I could be of some help...

Guess I should also have added, "..and make sure you turn the copier off first.."

Good Luck

Oh, I turned it off & unplugged it before I reseated, I just had a bad board.
