Resetting Minolta Di2510-Di3510 IU/PC Counter:
Has a Resistor instead of the traditional Pico fuse.. The value is 10k ohms - 1/8 watts.

Just wanted to pass the info along to fellow techs.

This applies if you have the 'Change PC' message.

You can't reset this message/ counter unless the fuse blows.

Sorry,I'll have to amend this. It reset the count on a test machine in the shop but It didn't work out in the field on a Di2510 that had the "change PC" message displayed. It initially reset the PC count to 0 but if you powered the copier off and on it returned to current PC reading.
I'll post any updates as I try to figure it out.

as ck1 said you must run an f8 developer setup or the counter will not reset. openening the side door is done only to buy time to run the f8 mode and serves no other purpose.
