Dear all techs,
I am basicaly Toshiba engineer, I have e-161(same as SHARP AR160). I faced the problum of develoer spillage while copying in 4 machines, i have replaced New Drum, Developer & D-Blade. Pl. give me a sugestion to resolve it.

Are these being supplied with rebuilt toner cartridges? The older cartridges were made to be recharged. Many times the seal on the front of the cartridge could become deformed due to the mag roller cover being put on over the seal instead of under the seal when being transported for refilling. If the seal touches the DV brush, it could scr*pe off DV.

You mention new drums have been tried. Make sure your drum pin is grounded properly. Check with an ohm meter. I believe there was a problem if techs did not get all covers and straps properly connected when servicing the main board area. Remember that these are built on plastic frames, not metal so grounding is important.
