Hi All,

I have just got a second-hand Canon C5255 colour copier and we are having trouble making it work. It has not been used for a couple of years, but we can get it to print a report about how many copies it has done.

The issue is when it is on the universal login manager screen it just says LOADING.... and Not Activated. Most of the buttons don't work when it is on this blue screen. We can get to the Job Status Screen, but that's all. I assume it needs some sort of update, reset, login or internet connection.

We don't have any details from the previous owner, so hoping there is way to a factory reset and start fresh.
I have some photos of the screen on the copier, but i cannot figure out how to post them.

Hope someone can help me work this out.
