  • Copier Careers - All Four 2019 Salary Surveys Now Available!

    Over the past 17 years, Copier Careers, the only nationwide recruiting firm devoted exclusively to the Copier Channel, has conducted annual salary surveys for key positions in the industry, including service technicians, service and operations managers and sales managers. In 2011, we added a salary survey for copier sales representatives. Our entire archive of salary surveys is available on our website.

    2019 Highlights Include:

    • Service Technicians: The responses from 4,785 industry techs indicate that the market for qualified techs is reaching a critical point - employers must be proactive in retaining and attracting existing technicians while ramping up training for the next generation.
    • Service & Operations Managers: 2,084 industry service and ops managers tell us they are working at the perilous intersection of abundance and scarcity. With a wide array of solutions available and an increasingly scarce pool of qualified techs to provide them, these managers are burning the candles at both ends to keep up.
    • Sales Representatives: The 10,676 responses from industry sales reps show them to be in a strong position - compensation remains good and the high demand for sales reps gives top performers opportunities for advancement. The challenge for employers is attracting top talent while protecting their current lineup from poaching.
    • Sales Managers: Feedback from 1,590 industry sales managers indicate they are feeling the strain of building and managing effective sales teams – employers need to find ways to reduce their extra time and stress or risk losing their sales leadership.
