    monilta bizhub 250 error code c5102

    my costumer copier model bizhub 250 show error c5102 on the screen.i have try to manual rotate the main motor(link to fuser and to paper tray) and it can rotate smoothly.i have changed fuser main motor to paper tray main motor and try to make a copy but the problem still same.anybody can help..thanks

    Check the M1 connector for proper connection
