Anyone seen this? Is it the transfer section? I remember a long time ago the book said adf and it was actually something else.

I have an mpc5501 at a client that is causing a wide grey line on the first page printed or copied. The rest in a job come out fine just the first is a problem. Have you seen this?

Anyone have a clue what is causing random J017 on the MPC5501? Bad clutch? Sensor? All check out okay in service mode.

Figured it out, kept missing one service mode.

Client wants to remove the fiery, which we physically did, and thought we did all the adjustments in service mode, yet the internal controller is still not working.

Any ideas?

We have good print quality but bad copy quality from glass or feeder. Cleaned all optics and still poor quality. Any ideas?

Anyone have a part number for this?
It is a small black plug with a single looped wire that plugs into the harness on front upper right of copier behind corner cover.

We have a client with a couple of old Konica 7022 units. One has an F-41-1 on it. Seems like a blown fuse somewhere not powering scanner assembly. Any idea where the fuse may be hiding for this? ...

Got a C5405 that is causing a magenta stripe on the op side as paper exits. Replaced drum, cleaned entire inside and stripe remains. I do see the stripe on the ITB Transfer roller on the door...

Does anyone know if you can order the bushing for the black developer unit drive on the c5045?

Okay, machine can print just fine from service mode, but when try to boot normally it just says "please wait warming up" and never goes to ready. No error codes generated and all tests in service...

Client had previous company add a hard drive but machine does not recognize it. Must we turn on in tech mode?

Machine shows on panel a jam behind right door at very bottom. There is no jam and we have replaced all sensors we can find and entire transfer assembly on door for good measure. Jam persists .

We do not set the machine to "seperate scan", yet it still sends seperate scans to email.
