I'm not certain, but the original brochures list compatibility with versions of Windows prior to Win8 (Win7 being the most recent), so I'd guess it to be between 2008 and 2012, probably around 2010....

Don't know for sure, but on some RISO products that's a error with the clamp. And here is someone who found sticking a cheap magnet on top of the actuator magnet solved it.

For those three machines (2051, 2060, 2075) the last two digits are the PPM speed. The 2060 is 60 Pages Per Minute.
