if primary charge is bad on this copier you get solid black copies not blank copies , stop the page at the drum while running a test page in "04" test print mode or any other internal print ,if there is image on the drum but none on the page check the transfer corona , if there isnt image on the drum check if your developer unit is turning or if the laser beam is blocked by a mylar on the cleaner unit or other forgien material

Well,take a look at transfer wire corona also.But don't forget to check the developer material in dev. box and if dev. boxe's gears are o.k.Don't forget the gear that drives developer box.It's being located at rear of the machine.Last of all (if developer material is missing) check the metal connector under the dev. box for if it is clean.Bias voltage is passing through this connector.
